The owners and tenants of phase one and phase two have agreed to the work and SATOCAN has won the tender to do six million euros of work. Five million has come from contributions from tenants and businesses.
Refurbishment starts in March 2017 and will be finished by the end of 2018. The centre will not close during the works.
