Adults are now allowed out once per day between the hours of 06.00 and 10.00, and between 20.00 and 23.00. They can exercise for as long as they want within the time slot but must keep two metres from other people and remain within their municipio. All individual sports are allowed including swimming and surfing in most areas (San Bartolomé de Tirajana has not yet opoened its beaches and people are not allowed to sunbathe).
Adults who choose to walk rather than exercise must remain within one kilometre of their homes.
Once the adults return home, those over 70 years old or in need of support to go outside have from 10.00 to 12.00, and from 19.00 to 20.00.
The rest of the day belongs to children and parents who can venture out for one hour within a kilometre of their homes.
So far, even thoufgh a lot of people went out onn the first morning, locals are following the rules and respecting the time slots.
